A few years ago, I started really becoming aware of stoicism and its place in the emotional paradigm of my family. How much affection, even in a loving family, goes unspoken, and how much that still affects my own communication with the world around me.

Those thoughts eventually became Hope You’re Well, a group of songs expressing those conversations that never happened for myself, or others. A level of intimacy in the writing and studio helped bake the vignettes into a final mix. It's been a deeply personal work but one I'm proud and grateful to unveil.
